We are now accepting new patients!
If you are a new or existing patient, please complete our intake form and a member of our team will reach out to schedule your appointment. You can also call us at (734) 936-7804 or email us at medical-school-umsrfc@med.umich.edu for any non-urgent medical advice, medications, or concerns. Please note that you may receive calls/messages from other phone numbers with regards to scheduling.
For any urgent concerns, please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
