If you are a new or existing patient, please complete our intake form and a member of our team will reach out to schedule your appointment. You can also call us at (734) 936-7804 or email us at medical-school-umsrfc@med.umich.edu for any non-urgent medical advice, medications, or concerns.

We offer several vaccines at the clinic free-of-charge, including TDAP, Pneumonia Vaccine, and a seasonal flu vaccine
